Corporate Capital Trust Successfully Closes Incremental Notes Offering
(ORLANDO, Fla.) Sept. 1, 2017 – Corporate Capital Trust issued an additional $105 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.00 percent senior unsecured notes due in 2022. The notes were issued under the same indenture as the 5.00 percent senior unsecured notes due 2022 that were originally issued on June 28, 2017, and, as such, will form a single series with, have the same terms as, and trade interchangeably with, such previously issued notes. The notes will mature on June 28, 2022.
The notes offering closed on Aug. 31, 2017. GreensLedge Capital Markets LLC served as the lead placement agent for the transaction. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
